1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Time Frame: To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition of Products: Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Personal care products that have been opened or used

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item and would like to exchange it for the same product, please follow the same process outlined above. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange in such cases.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, if your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure outlined above.
